Did you know that your choice of hotel for the Annual Conference has a direct impact on the hosting associations? In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the conference we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the conference block can sometimes be more economical, it may cause the association to have to pay attrition fees for unutilized rooms within the contracted room block, which over time may result in higher conference registration fees.

The CCMG depend on the annual conference revenues to fund other programs throughout the year and to keep future registration fees low. Please assist your associations by making your hotel reservation in the official conference block at Le Westin Montréal.
