Title: Approach To Mucopolysaccharidoses
Starting with the biochemistry of glycosaminoglycans, we will review the pathophysiology of mucopolysaccharidoses. Attendees will learn to distinguish between the various subtypes based on their clinical presentations and diagnostic test results. At the end, we will compare the various treatment modalities available as well as strategies for the development of future treatments.
