Applicants must submit the entire application with all logbooks and other relevant files to the CCMG Management office electronically at . Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
The deadline for submission of the Credentials application and all associated documentation, including the letter of attestation and reference letters sent under separate cover, is by August 1 of the year prior to the examination year. The FITER needs to be submitted to the Office by June 1st for those writing the exam in an exam year. The remaining documentation, including any ITERs for rotations completed by June 30, should be submitted by JULY 15th for those same individuals

The application fee is $650.00 Canadian. For applicants in two specialties, the fee is $650 for the first specialty and $325 for the second. A fee of $100 will be charged for all supplementary credentialing requests; including requests for review of prior learning (i.e. training credits) upon trainee registration, as well as interim requests to examine candidates’ training progress.
The application fee may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, cheque or money order (payable to the Canadian College of Medical Geneticists). Credit card payment can be made through the CCMG office at 613-507-8345. Cheque or money order payment should be submitted by mail to the CCMG Management office. Processing of your application will not begin until the application fee has been received. Late payments may incur an extra fee.
Fee is non-refundable.
