The Conference App is now available for download. In the app you will get up-to-the-minute information such as the latest agenda, updates from the conference planner, speaker information, feedback opportunities, exhibitor and sponsor details, an attendee list and more.
Some information is currently being uploaded to the app and will appear later today. In the meantime we encourage you to download the app onto your device(s).

Once you have installed and opened the app, tap the “Search” button at the bottom of the main screen and enter:
Tap on the conference in the results to add it to your home screen. You may then enter the event list and select the 2019 Conference.

Logging into the App
The app is password protected. Once you have accessed the app, you will need to log in by entering the email address you used to register for the conference and diaceutics as the case sensitive password.
Attendee Messaging and Profiles
One of the features of the mobile app is that you and other attendees will have the option to send messages to each other through the app. It's a great way to network with fellow attendees up to and during the event. You may also create a profile of yourself that other attendees can view and you may even upload a photo of yourself into the app. Go to My Account in the app to edit your profile and add a photo.

Maintenance of Certification
This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. This activity is approved by the Canadian Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Information on the process to convert Royal College MOC credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/go/internationalcme.
You may record your conference attendance as one entry and report the total hours attended. Please record the end date of the conference in MAINPORT.
iPhone users can download the MAINPORT ePortfolio Mobile app from the App Store. Android users can download the app from the Play Store. (The app is not available for Blackberry users. However, if you have a Blackberry you can access the MAINPORT ePortfolio mobile site from your device.)
Both the certificate and transcript/list must be provided in order for these activities to be applied to your MOC Program cycle.
You should keep your documentation for the duration of your current cycle. However, you may also wish to verify with your provincial regulatory body to confirm what their requirements are.
